sleeping lifeguard poor english skills
the staff were polite at the front reception, bar, and restaurant, which i suppose is a minimum expectation.
I booked through some travel company, and they claimed it was family-friendly. That claim turned out to be a bold-faced lie, what a joke. the so-called "lifeguard" spent more time napping than actually guarding anyone, and his english skills were on par with a toddler.

fantastic family stay!
friendly staff plentiful food amazing dessert
the room was a triple room and very tidy. the bar staff were always friendly and helpful to the children. the food was plentiful and the desserts were amazing!!!
It was hard for me to get in the pool. Walk-in steps would be helpful.

a good experience
tidy room friendly staff dessert selection
Our family of sixteen secured rooms on the same floor. This was very convenient. rooms were quite tidy. the bar staff showed friendliness and helped the children with their drinks. food options were plentiful. The desserts were a particular highlight.
I found it difficult to enter the pool. Walk-in steps could improve accessibility.

The hotel offers a spa. it has a comfortable room but locating it was a challenge. guests with mobility issues should avoid rooms on the fifth floor. It could be difficult for them to reach.

Front reception staff showed politeness, helpfulness, and accommodation. the restaurant staff and bar staff were also quite friendly. a chef prepared excellent omelets during breakfast. This was a popular choice. the restaurant tables received frequent cleaning.
